I took mine out just after 30 minutes.Slow Cooker Baked Mac and Cheese is the ultimate cheesy creamy comfort food for the whole family to enjoy! This macaroni and cheese is perfect as a side dish to my Slow Cooker Turkey Breast or for dinner on it’s own.

Then I set the pot into a preheated 400F oven for 30 to 45 minutes. The last addition was to sprinkle another 3 cups of the grated cheese evenly over the top of the macaroni mixture. I stirred until the meat was well incorporated into the pasta mixture. Once the cheese was stirred in I added the cooked ground beef to the pot. Next I added in some almond milk and a can of diced tomatoes.Īfter giving it a quick stir I added in 3 cups of grated marble cheddar cheese. Then I returned it to the pot over medium/low heat. When the elbow macaroni was cooked I drained it in the sink and gave it a quick rinse. I broke the ground beef up while it was cooking. When the oil was heated I added in a pound of lean ground beef. While the pasta was cooking I put some olive oil into a frying pan and turned the heat to medium. This is the gluten free pasta that I used. To begin making Baked Macaroni and Cheese I put some water on to boil and cooked some pasta according to the package directions.
